Benefit Trust
The Benefit Trust is a program that provides benefits to our members. Our program supplies the BCT members with vision, dental and life insurance policies. The BCT appointed trustees have the power to purchase insurance and provide employee benefits using the funds provided by the school district. This practice usually provides superior benefits to all members from employer operated programs. As of July 1, 2001, our local has negotiated such a program.
