National Day of Action January 19th
On January 19, the Alliance to Reclaim Our Schools hosted a National Day of Action. We have seen before what can be accomplished when NYSUT members stand together to protect what’s right. Many districts across the country were involved in political action in effort to protect and promote quality public education.
In Bethpage, the membership displayed shields in car windows, wore their BCT T-shirts and displayed larger shields on their homes and posted on social media #ReclaimOurSchools.
